This Framework Agreement Is Intended To Determine The Technical And Functional Conditions That Must Govern The Contracts Based On The Supply Of Products, Material, Utensils And Cleaning Machinery, And Carts To Move Cleaning Products And Utensils; The Supply Of Domestic And Industrial Toilet Paper, Wiper, Kitchen, And Cellulose Napkins And Towels, As Well As Hands Soap, Paper And Soap Dispensers And Similar Products; And The Delivery And Renewal Of Tirasses In Order To Clean And Maintain In Good Condition The Different Municipal Facilities. This Agreement Framework Will Complement The Current Cleaning Service Contract, So That The Aforementioned Supply Needs By The Different Municipal Facilities Are Completely Covered. The Contracted Supplies Arising From This Framework Agreement Include All The Necessary Resources And Tasks, Including The Storage, Packaging And Transport Costs, To Carry Out A Good Execution Of The Contracts, Based On Fully Compliance With The Conditions Contemplated In The Technical Specifications. The Conditions Established In The Technical Specifications, Which Respects The Quality And Composition Of The Articles, Must Be Understood As Minimum And, Therefore, Can Be Improved By The Different Adjudicers. Throughout The Validity Of The Framework Agreement, The Adjudication Companies Must Guarantee The Based Contracts To Be Derived:?
