The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Necessary Services To Carry Out The Correct Operation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Sanitation Systems Of The Alt Camp Group (Mas Del Plata, Vallmoll, Puigpelat, Alcover And Pla De Santa Maria), According To The Instructions Contained In The Specific Technical Specifications (Pptp) That Guarantee The Achievement Of The Quality Objectives Set Therein And That Comply With The Requirements Of Council Directive 91/271/Eec, Of ​​21 May 1991, On The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater And Of Royal Decree 509/1996, Of 15 March, Implementing Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of 28 December, Establishing The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater. Likewise, The Contracted Services Must Ensure Good Operation, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantee The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unforeseen Stops Due To Breakdowns, And Extending The Useful Life Of The Installed Equipment Following The Maintenance Specifications Included In The Pptp. The Description Of The Facilities Subject To This Contract, As Well As The Obligations And Specifications For Carrying Out The Associated Work Are Described In The Pptp.
