   Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
The contracts size;
The nature of the Services
The technical area and expertise (Financial, Procurement and Internal Control Audits)
Experience in the Region (West Africa)
At least 8 years experience in financial audits of development aid projects funded by national and/or international institutions and/or donors;
At least 3 years of demonstrated specific experience in conducting Procurement audits and technical audits.
sufficient knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and rules in the country would be an asset; this includes, but is not limited to taxation, social security and labour regulations, accounting and accounting information systems, procurement.
Quality assurance procedures and certifications of the Firm- ISA and Certified by IFAC’s International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA).
