   • University degree in Business Administration, Technology, Public Policy or related fields.
• A minimum of 8 years’ work experience in the Nigerian Creative Sector.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a senior level in a relevant public institution, private sector or in an international organization, with proven skills in the management and coordination of internationally financed development program(s).
• Experience managing, designing and coordinating program activities and communication across multiple delivery partners and program donor(s)
• Expertise in developing tools and methodologies linked to enhanced program design and delivery
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Candidates are expected to have sound knowledge of contemporary issues related to the Creative Sector.
