PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES - Palestinian Water Authority
   1. General experience: Have been in business for at least the past 15 years in strategic development field, planning and design (20%);
2. Specific experience: Evidence of Firm capability and relevant experience in the execution of Consultancy Assignment of a similar nature, including the nature and value of the relevant contracts, as well as works in hand and contractually committed. The evidence shall include successful experience in the execution of at least two (2) Consultancy Services of a similar nature and size and complexity during the last five (5) years (70%),
3. Availability of appropriate skills among staff and/or the ability to mobilize a diversified team of experts with appropriate knowledge and skills (10%). Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage. The passing minimum score will be (70). and the shortlist shall include not more than eight eligible firms. No liability will be on CTD or PWA for non-shortlisted firms and that only shortlisted will be provided with RFP.
4. The nature of services:” supervision of construction works (Redbook)”
5. The location: at least one of two similar projects should be in Mediterranean countries, Palestinian specially Gaza an advantage
