   The eligible company shall meet the following minimum qualifiation criteria;

1) FINANCIAL RESOURCES:
The bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet a cash-flow requirement of US$ 120,000.00, net of the Bidder’s other commitments.

Document Required: In case of bank Statement: the period requires shall be past Six months prior to the submission of bid and the bidder must provide a sworn declaration to authorized the Employer to verify and authenticate the submitted bank statement.

2) EXPERIENCES:

Similar Experience:
The consultant has successfully completed at least 1 similar project in Consulting Services with a magnitude of each contract USD 180,000.00 in the last 7 years (similar in scope as required in ToR) as Lead Firm or Joint Venture Partner. In case of JV, the magnitude is considered based on the value of the participation.

The similarity of the supplier participation shall be based on the physical size, nature of works, complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics of the contract.
