The Administrative Notification Service Can Only Be Carried Out By A Specific Economic Operator, By Virtue Of Law 43/2010, Of December 30, Of The Universal Postal Service, Of The Rights Of Users And The Postal Market, Which Establishes A Period Of Exclusivity For The State Society Of Correos Y Telégrafos Sa As An Exclusive Operator For The Practice Of Administrative Notification. Specifically, The First Additional Provision Of Law 43/2010, Of December 30, Of The Universal Postal Service, Of The Rights Of The Users And The Postal Market, Designates As A Universal Postal Operator To The State Society Of Correos Y Teragrafos Sa, Which Is, In Addition, As Established In Article 22.4 Of The Said Rule, The Only Operator With The Presumption Of Veracity In The Distribution, Delivery Or Receipt Of Notifications Of The Administrative And Judicial Bodies.
