In accordance with article 65 (11) of Decree Law no. 22/2022 of 11 May, the National Procurement Commission (NPC) would like to announce the award to the following contract:

A Comissão Nacional de Aprovisionamento (CNA) vem, nos termos do nº 11 do artigo 65º do Decreto-Lei nº 22/2022 de 11 de Maio, tornar pública a adjudicação do seguinte contrato:

As stated in the Bidding document- ITC (Clause 22.1), and in accordance with the applicable law (article 62 (9) of Decree Law no. 22/2022 of 11 May), the Employer shall open the Price proposal of only the Consultant who attained the minimum passing technical score based on the result of the Technical Proposal Evaluation. The result of combined technical and price evaluation is as follows:

Conforme mencionado nos documentos de concurso - IAC (Cláusula 22.1), e nos termos da legislação em vigor (nº 9 do artigo 62º do Decreto-Lei n.º 22/2022, de 11 de Maio), o Contratante deverá abrir as propostas financeiras apenas dos concorrentes que obtenham pontuação técnica mínima com base no resultado da Avaliação Técnica.
